NOTICE:
Encore Aminos products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind. All materials provided by Encore Aminos are strictly for laboratory research, analytical method development and identity verification.
1. Research Use Only
By purchasing from Encore Aminos, the customer represents and warrants that they are a qualified research institution, laboratory, or professional researcher. The customer acknowledges that the products have not been sold by Encore Aminos for any human or veteranary application.
2. Analytical Verification
Every lot supplied is analytically verified using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to ensure a minimum purity of 99%. A lot-level Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available for every lot. While we utilize independent US-based analytical laboratories for testing, it is the researcher's responsibility to verify that the standard meets their specific method development requirements.
3. Operational Compliance
Encore Aminos complies with all applicable US laws governing the distribution of biochemical reference standards. We reserve the right to cross-verify research credentials and cancel any orders that appear to be for unauthorized use or destination. As a veteran-owned business, we maintain the highest standards of integrity in our supply chain and laboratory partnerships.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Encore Aminos be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether the purchaser's claim in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Encore Aminos harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from the handling and use of purchased products.
