Products are shipped via the method chosen at checkout.  Shipping rates and options are provided at checkout.  Encore Aminos may substitute shipping methods, to include carriers, with an equivalent or better delivery timeline.

When free shipping is offered, that shipping method is at the discretion of Encore Aminos.  Tracking information will be provided when available.  Shipping protection is included.

Encore Aminos is not responsible for delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier.  By placing an order, the customer accepts that delays due to the carrier service, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, and weather or unforeseen logistical disruptions are not the responsibility of Encore Aminos.
